My Family: Carol Beth; 2 married children – Sara and Jonathan, and six grandchildren

When I was saved: Senior year of high school

Education: BA at La Tech; MS at McNeese State University; New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary; PhD at Louisiana Baptist Theological Seminary

Previous Lines of Work: Student Ministry – 25 years; Coaching and Teaching – 10 years.

Favorite Food: Seafood.

Favorite Snack Food: Seafood.

Favorite Place in the World: Wherever my kids and grandkids are.

Favorite Hobbies: Hunting; Playing guitar; teaching God’s Word; running/fitness; reading.

Favorite Sports Team: The ones my kids played on :-) (LC-M High School - Texas, Henderson High School - Texas, Dallas Baptist University - Baseball and Basketball).

Favorite Bible Story: "Favorite? Really? Geez! I mean Jesus and the Old Testament and the New Testament."

Life Verse: T1 Chronicles 26:18 (KJV) - At Parbar westward, four at the causeway, and two at Parbar.

One of My Greatest Experiences with God: Encouraging and empowering others, and then watching God work in and through them!

The one book (besides the Bible) I'd recommend to anyone is: The Pursuit of God – A.W. Tozer
